1.1 Ori Technologies (“Ori”, “we”, “us”, “our”) designs and sells origami-engineered umbrellas and related products.
1.2 By using our website or purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal consent.
1.3 We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
2. Pre-Orders
2.1 A pre-order reserves your unit before production begins.
2.2 Estimated delivery for all current pre-orders is Q3–Q4 next year.
2.3 Delivery timelines may shift due to manufacturing, testing, logistics, or regulatory processes.
2.4 You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipping for a full refund.
2.5 Placing a pre-order does not create a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.
3. Orders & Payments
3.1 All prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where required.
3.2 Payments are processed securely through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal).
3.3 Ori does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
3.4 Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Shipping
4.1 Shipping timelines depend on region, carrier, and customs processing.
4.2 Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
4.3 Ori is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Ori offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, starting the day your product is delivered.
5.2 Returned items must be in original condition with all accessories included.
5.3 Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

5.5 Pre-orders can be canceled anytime before shipping for a full refund.
6. Warranty
6.1 Ori includes a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials, electronics, and mechanical components.
6.2 Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure beyond rating, unauthorized repair, or normal wear.
6.3 If your item is eligible for warranty service, Ori may repair, replace, or refund at its discretion.
7. Use of Website
7.1 You agree not to misuse the website, including:
- Attempting unauthorized access
- Interfering with site functionality
- Copying or reverse-engineering content
- Using bots, scrapers, or automated systems
7.2 All content (text, images, design, engineering assets, graphics) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8.1 All Ori trademarks, product designs, folding systems, images, videos, and written content are the exclusive property of Ori Technologies.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Ori is not liable for:

- Delays or delivery failures outside our control
- Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ori’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
