This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will arrive.

1. Pre-Order Shipping

1.1 Delivery Window
All current pre-orders are scheduled for delivery in Q3–Q4 next year.

1.2 Why this window is required
Our folding system, materials, and electronics undergo advanced testing, quality control, and certification before shipping.

1.3 Updates
You will receive regular updates as we move through production, assembly, and shipping stages.

1.4 Cancel anytime before shipping
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your unit ships and receive a full refund.

2. Order Processing

2.1 Once production begins, orders are processed in the order they were received.
2.2 You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase.
2.3 When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link.

3. Shipping Times

Shipping speed depends on your location:

  • United States & Canada: 4–9 business days
  • European Union & UK: 3–7 business days
  • Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar): 2–5 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

These estimates begin only after your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping speed.
4.2 Free shipping promotions may apply during pre-order or launch periods.
4.3 Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

5. Carriers

Ori ships using trusted, globally recognized carriers:

  • DHL
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Local national carriers (depending on region)

The carrier is selected automatically to ensure the fastest, safest delivery.

6. Tracking

6.1 Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
6.2 Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to activate depending on carrier scanning times.

7. Delays

7.1 Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather events, regional restrictions, or high seasonal volume.
7.2 Ori is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
7.3 If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@oriworld.co and we will assist you.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

8.1 If a package is lost during transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier.
8.2 If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.
8.3 We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost for confirmed cases.

9. Address Accuracy

9.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate.
9.2 Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be eligible for free replacement.
9.3 Contact us within 24 hours after ordering if you need to update your shipping information.
