Each Ori umbrella is produced specifically for every customer during our pre-order phase to ensure the newest materials, the latest folding system, and the highest quality. -
Estimated Delivery Window.
All pre-orders placed today are scheduled for delivery in Q3–Q4 next year.
This window allows time for production, testing, assembly, and global logistics. -
Cancel anytime before shipping.
You may cancel your pre-order at any moment before your Ori ships and receive a full refund instantly.

After your Ori arrives, you have 30 days to experience it risk-free. -

Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, water exposure beyond rating, or unauthorized modifications.
E. Exchanges

If your Ori arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost. -
Model or color change.
