A. Pre-Order Policy

  1. Your Ori is made to order.
    Each Ori umbrella is produced specifically for every customer during our pre-order phase to ensure the newest materials, the latest folding system, and the highest quality.
  2. Estimated Delivery Window.
    All pre-orders placed today are scheduled for delivery in Q3–Q4 next year.
    This window allows time for production, testing, assembly, and global logistics.
  3. Cancel anytime before shipping.
    You may cancel your pre-order at any moment before your Ori ships and receive a full refund instantly.

B. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  1. Starts the day you receive it.
    After your Ori arrives, you have 30 days to experience it risk-free.
  2. Easy refunds. No questions asked.
    If Ori isn’t right for you, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund.
  3. Condition.
    Returned items must be in original condition with all accessories included.

C. Return Process

  1. Start your return.
    Email info@oriworld.co or use the return form on your order page.
  2. Receive a prepaid return label.
    We provide the label for all approved returns.
  3. Refund automatically issued.
    Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned product passes a basic inspection.

D. Warranty

  1. 1-Year Limited Warranty.
    Covers manufacturing defects, electronics, and mechanical folding components.
  2. Excludes:
    Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, water exposure beyond rating, or unauthorized modifications.

E. Exchanges

  1. Fast replacement.
    If your Ori arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
  2. Model or color change.
    Possible anytime before shipping. After delivery, it follows the standard 30-day return policy.

F. Refund Timing

  1. Canceled pre-orders: refunded within 5 business days.
  2. Returned orders after delivery: refunded within 7–10 business days after inspection.
